Dr. Corey Belt, DC - Founder
Dr. Corey Belt is a mother, truth seeker and student of life. She enjoys caring for children and mothers through education, empowerment and embodiment of the chiropractic principle. Her deepest desire is to remind others of their divinity and to influence consciousness through her work with the body.
Dr. Corey experienced a radical personal transformation and spiritual awakening through vitalistic chiropractic care. She hopes to offer a similar gift to those in her community.
Dr. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Anthropology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland University. Additional trainings include Postural Blueprint Method, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (the Gillespie approach), CST, Webster and other ICPA courses. She is also a certified yoga teacher.
Dr. Jackie Caputo - Acupuncturist
Dr. Jackie Caputo is a board-certified acupuncturist, herbalist, and Doctor of Chinese Medicine. Jackie’s journey into East Asian Medicine began with personal healing. In her teens and early adulthood, she faced ongoing hormonal imbalances, allergies, skin conditions, and chronic fatigue. She felt disconnected from self - and Chinese Medicine helped her come home to her body and spirit.
Now, it’s her joy to support women through similar challenges- from hormonal regulation, fertility support, postpartum care, perimenopause and skin conditions- all through the deeply rooted wisdom of Chinese Medicine. She is especially passionate about helping girls as they transition into womanhood, offering support in regulating their systems, building confidence, and fostering self-connection and vitality.
She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Health and Science. She has completed advanced certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine Dermatology under Mazin Al-Khafaji, a global leader in the field, and is a proud member of the International TCM Dermatology Association. Additionally, Dr. Jackie has completed two years of training in Classical Five Element Acupuncture with Dr. Brian Bender, whose teachings continue to inform and inspire her practice.
Emily Maden - Pelvic Integration
Emily Maden is a pelvic integration practitioner and feminine embodiment guide. Her life’s calling is to restore woman to her original and vital anatomy on a physiological, bio-structural, emotional and sexual-spiritual level. She is completing her doctorate of Chinese medicine and acupuncture at Pacific College of Health Sciences. She is trained in a multitude of pelvic care therapies, hormone supportive nutrition and sacred sexual teachings that inform her sessions meeting each unique client needs.
Amanda is a mother, fascia whisperer, and believer in the deep truth and wisdom of the body. She is trained in Bowen Therapy (a gentle form of fascial work), NLP, Hypnosis, and somatic Therapy. She operates from the belief that encoded within each person is a divine power and innate intelligence that allows us to heal and self regulate.
She enjoys working with families of all walks of life, helping them to find their meaningful purpose and energetic strategy as a unit - as the Fascia (connective tissue) and Nervous System set the frequency for how our family operates as a whole. Amanda is here to gently hold a safe space for you to release tension, contraction, and traumatic cellular memory.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and her Masters in Nursing from the University of Maryland. After experiencing the limitations of allopathic medicine firsthand, she felt it necessary to expand her titles from ICU Registered Nurse and Integrative Health Practitioner to Fascia & Nervous System Specialist and beyond.

With an open heart, Amy integrates the ancient wisdom of Eastern medicine with modern expertise — creating a practice that nurtures harmony and wholeness for all. With a passion for cosmetic acupuncture, she helps clients enhance natural vibrancy by reducing fine lines, promoting skin health and facial rejuvenation. Yet her expertise extends far beyond, addressing diverse conditions such as chronic pain, sleep issues, hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, migraines, TMJ and mental-emotional wellbeing. Amy empowers individuals to overcome barriers and rediscover their unique path to wellness.
Amy believes healing begins within, where vision sparks change and the body can again become a sanctuary for the soul. When external distractions cloud clarity, she helps restore focus and balance, guiding clients toward a renewed sense of purpose. Dedicated to supporting each person’s healing journey, Amy combines compassion, skill, and holistic principles to enrich the human experience, helping her clients thrive.
Dr. Amy Rodriguez- Acupuncturist
Olivia Mick - Sound Therapy Practitioner
Olivia is a tuning fork sound therapy practitioner, yoga therapist/instructor and herbalist. She also uses multi-instruments for private and group sound healings, as well as, other energy healing modalities. She provides one-one support in bringing harmony and balance to the mind, body, and spirit connection by using healing frequencies, yoga therapy, and herbalism. Her sessions have been described as a full sensory immersive experience.
Gabriell North - Massage Therapist, HHP
Gabriell North is a licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner, and chef devoted to helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom and prepare for life’s sacred seasons. Her work is deeply informed by her own journey back to wellness after a decade of chronic symptoms and medical visits only leading to more dis-ease.
A few years later, a book given to her by her now-husband—Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon—opened the door to a new understanding of food, nourishment, and ancestral wisdom. That discovery changed the course of her life.
Today, Gabriell serves as the Weston A. Price Foundation chapter leader for North County San Diego, where she hosts community potlucks and workshops centered around traditional food, farming, and metabolic nutrition. She finds great joy in supporting women as they prepare their bodies, homes, and hearts for the seasons ahead.
Jessica Cooper - LMFT, CCTP
Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in Attachment-based, Trauma Focused, and Somatic Therapy for adults and couples. Her work is grounded in the understanding that many of the patterns people struggle with, including relationship issues, anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation, are often shaped by earlier experiences and unresolved attachment wounds. She helps clients slow down, understand these patterns with curiosity and compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
Jessica specializes in working with individuals and couples navigating Trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, insecure attachment, burnout, life transitions, women’s issues, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, emotional overwhelm, and repeating unhealthy cycles. She also works with couples in Couples Counseling and Marriage Counseling around chronic conflict, disconnection, parenting stress, major transitions, and healing after infidelity or betrayal. Her approach is warm, grounded, and relational, blending clinical depth with genuine human connection.
Her work integrates Attachment-based Therapy, Relational Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, Jessica helps clients address the root of their pain by building greater self-trust, strengthening relational awareness, and creating more secure and connected relationships with themselves and others.
Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II, and has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, somatic and polyvagal approaches, and other trauma-informed modalities. Her work is also shaped by her own lived experience of healing attachment wounds and reconnecting with self-trust, which informs the depth, presence, and authenticity she brings into the therapy room.
